Everything you need to know about working with Prominyo
Your involvement is focused on the beginning and end. You provide the raw footage and guidelines upfront during the Footage Review step, then review the completed edit and request any revisions. The editing itself is handled entirely by Prominyo, so your time commitment is minimal.
Prominyo delivers finished videos in your preferred format. Common delivery formats include MP4 (H.264 or H.265) for web and social media, ProRes for broadcast or further post-production use, and platform-specific exports optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn. Discuss your specific requirements during the consultation.
A revision round means one consolidated batch of feedback. You send all your notes at once, we implement them, and that counts as one round. Short Form projects include 1 revision round, Professional Video projects include 3, and Long Form projects include 4 rounds. Additional revision rounds can be purchased for $100 each.
Yes, each pricing tier includes a raw footage cap (2 hours for Short Form, 5 hours for Brand Video, 8 hours for Long Form). If your project requires us to review more footage than the tier includes, we'll let you know before starting and provide an adjusted quote.
